I have tried to keep these a simple and easy to understand as possible.

1. Prints will be dispatched as soon as possible after cleared funds are received. If you pay with paypal or a card I will endeavour to get your print dispatch the next day. However, there are sometimes unforeseen delays so please allow 7 days (UK), 14 days (Europe) and 21 days the rest of the world.

2. All prints unconditionally guaranteed and will be replaced ‘no questions asked’ or a refund given if you are not satisfied. However, I do require the print returned before I can either send a replacement or refund your payment. In all my years of trading I have only had prints returned due to postal damage and never due to quality ! My Ebay shop has 100% positive feedback.   

3. Personal cheque's are accepted but no prints are dispatched until the cheque is cleared.

4. Postage/ packing charges are £5.00 (UK & EU) , £7.50 (USA, Australia & NZ). Most of the rest of the world is about £10 but I will confirm the cost when you order.

5. All prints are dispatched in a cardboard tube. The print has a protective plastic sheet placed on top and is then rolled face out and put into the tube. The tubes have sealed plastic end caps. These are then taped shut. This has proved a very cost effective and safe form of postage.
